I was heartbroken about your passing. You were a remarkable woman who brought light into the lives of those around you. Your strength and grace were evident in everything you did, and I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work for you.

Though our conversations may have been few, your presence spoke volumes. I will always remember the gentle way you carried yourself and the quiet wisdom you imparted. You have left a lasting impact on my life, and I will carry your memory with me.

Lillian, such a lovely soul whose kindness was unbounded and grace unparalleled.  An educator to her grandchildren and a hostess to myself as we spent time in Thornhill.  She truly loved  her family and expressed how fortunate she was.  From crawling on the floor as an elderly lady to sipping tea in Calgary and Toronto high tea houses she was always a lady and enjoyed and embraced every moment.  Thank you for being a friend and family through Anne, my daughter-in-law.  Fond memories and thoughts extended to the family and to Frank her lifelong partner.

To the Markovich family. My name is Jane Marner. My parents are Bob and Dory Marner. They were great longtime friends of Frank and Lillian. On behalf of my mother and sisters Alison and Joanne, I would like to offer our deepest condolences to Frank and to Vivian, Lauren, and Anne.  Our families enjoyed many years of friendship and went on many adventures together (that we barely survived). My mother Dory is very sad to hear this news. Annie, your Mom was such a kind lady.  She always greeted me with a smile and a warm hug.  I have fond memories of Lillian, she was a joyful spirit.  
During the crazy house days on 4th street - the kids were young and full of life. Lillian at 70, was crawling on the floor with Allison and Emily playing along in their imaginations for hours,  and then cuddled up with those babies -Sarah and Kate and gently lay them to sleep.
Her loving nature was always on display.
