We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Leda Dal Cin. Born in 1932 in San Martino in Freddana, Italy. Leda immigrated to Canada by boat in 1958. She passed away peacefully on December 8, 2023 at the age of 91 at Mackenzie Health Hospital.
Beloved wife of Domenic Dal Cin. Loving mother of Edward (Silvia) and Gloria (Marc). Proud Nonna of Michael, Irene (Andrea), Ashlyn (Greg) and Alexa (Aidan). Survived by her brother, Lino, and sister, Anna. Predeceased by her brothers, Dino and Renato and her sisters, Bruna, Rosina and Ada.
Leda was loved by all whose lives she touched. She was known for her kindness, loving nature and the ways she would meet new people and instantly became friends. Leda had a love and passion for nursing, cooking and providing for her family. She had a wonderful life. To love and to be loved by Leda was something truly special.
Leda, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you!
