Karen Ennis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Karen. She died peacefully at home with her family by her side on December 1, 2014 at the age of 59. Karen will be dearly missed by her loving husband Bernard and her devoted daughter Dana. She was cherished by her sister Kathy Workman and her husband Doug Reeves. Karen was the loving daughter of the late Jean and Jack Workman. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers and sisters-in-law Desmond and Christine Ennis and Dermot and Stevi Ennis and her father-in-law Michael Ennis. Karen was an adoring aunt to Ashley, Jonathan, Cameron, Emily, Claire and Braedon. Karen had a deep love of nature and was an avid gardener. She was highly creative, enjoyed music and a number of artistic pursuits. Karen will also be remembered by her many friends and colleagues. Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Westminster Cemetery.
