Ian Crichton

After a long hard fought illness Ian passed away with his family by his side, on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at North York General Hospital at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Mattie for over 50 years. Loving father of Stuart and caring grandfather of Jamie and Sam. Ian will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all of his family and friends here and in Scotland. Special thanks to Dr. James, heart specialist and his staff and Dr. Carr, family doctor for all of their help and care. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 5th from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
