Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of 65 years to Jane Pearson (née Thomson). Loving father of Lesley (Murray), Barbara (Michael), Glenn (Teresa), and John. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Mark, Emily, Jennifer, and Jeremy. Dear brother of Midge Keith. Predeceased by his sisters Ivy, Gwen, Dorothy, Eileen, and his brother Lionel. Friends and family will be welcomed at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Saturday, June 17, 2017, from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
