It’s only been two years but it feels like an eternity already without you.  I am grateful for what you have taught me but there is so much more to learn on my own. I miss your laughter and your wisdom. My only wish is to  have more time with you.

Celebrating one year, remembering the times we had with Eddie, an extraordinary father, an amazing companion, the best role model and a loving husband. Papa, I know you loved me since I was born, but I’ve loved you my whole life!

Your sudden passing has left a void in my heart that words cannot fill. We spent more than two decades as friends, and during that time, you became like family to me. Your kindness, willingness to help, and the countless hours we spent on the tennis court will forever be cherished memories. You were not just a friend but a true companion through life's ups and downs. Your warm and generous spirit touched everyone you met, and your absence will be deeply felt.

You are a wonderful person. Even thought I don’t know you too long at the tennis court, but your characters of optimism, easy going, friendliness, sense of humor, smile and energy  have inspired everyone of us at the tennis club.

Eddie was a fairly active person. He had a few hobbies like playing tennis, singing, hiking, etc. I came to know him about eight years ago when I started going to singing class. I would like to share with you the Eddie I knew of in the so called  ‘singing circle’. 

Eddie always carried a smile in his face when he came to class. He was a true gentleman and was always friendly. When I first started singing as a newbie, he was always patient in telling me things that I needed to know. As a classmate of Eddie, I can feel the strong passion he possessed for singing. Every time he stepped on stage to sing in the class, what we call handing in the assignment, we can see how much he enjoyed singing. If I remember correctly, he had never ever missed a singing assignment. 

He was also very actively participating in school recitals and other singjng events. Other than singing, Eddie was also very artistic and handy. He always helped decorating the stage in events. He also played integral roles in other performances. The most memorable one was the rooster mascot he played during a Chinese New Year banquet. He singled-handedly designed and made the costume for that mascot. Eddie was a model A grade student in our school. 

He will be missed very dearly by his family, his friends and our singing school.
