Doreen Crawford

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at North York General Hospital in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Edward Henry Crawford (2002). Loving mother of Malcolm John and the late Elizabeth Anne (2005). Predeceased by her brother Patrick King and sisters, Marie Raemers and Maureen Finch. Gaby will be fondly remembered by her son, her friend of many years Daphne Pike, her extended family and friends. She was Past President of the North York Horticultural Society, a member of The Monarchist League of Canada and a longtime parishioner at St. Edward's Church. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 1st from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church (75 Churchill Avenue, Willowdale). Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ShareLife (www.sharelife.org) or to a charity of your choice.
