Peacefully passed away on February 11, 2012 at Scarborough Grace Hospital. Loving father of May (Ricky Wong), Amy (Alex Chapple), Frank (Sonny), Joe (Christine), Fannie (David) and Tim (Lisa). Cherished grandfather of Fefe (Raymond Tam), Michael, Jackie (Ivy Cheng), Camille (Thomas Green), Natalie, Jessica (David Cogswell), Ryan (Mary Siew), Janice, Anthea, Aaron, Aimee, Ronald & Michelle. Dotted great-grandfather of Calvin & Isla. Chung Fai will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home - Vaughan Chapel, 8088 Yonge Street (South of HWY#7, on the west side) on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 9:30 to 10:30am. A funeral service will commence at 10:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Highland Hills to follow.
