Passed away peacefully on March 12, 2015 at Toronto St. Michael's Hospital. Loving father of Kent-Hang (Yuk). Caring grandfather of Allan and Josephine. Chong will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Friends may visit at Jerrett Funeral Homes "Vaughan Chapel", 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill (7 traffic lights north of Steeles, on the west side of Yonge) on Monday March 16, 2015 from 8 am to 9 am. Funeral Service will commence at 9 am in the funeral home immediately followed by burial at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens in Oakville.
