Phan Chanh Ba, age 79, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. Chanh was born in Quảng Trị, Vietnam.

Phan Chanh Ba is survived by his spouse, Diep Phung En; his daughter Phan Ai Linh; his daughter Phan Ai Ngoc; and his daughter Phan Ai Chau.

Mr. Phan Chanh Ba also leaves 6 granddaughters.

A funeral service for Chanh will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J1W3. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Highland Hills Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12492 Woodbine Ave, Gormley, ON L0H 1G0.

Chanh will be laid to rest in Tan Ninh Buddhist Temple, 119 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Da Nang.
