Paul Monroe Leonard, 93, passed away Friday, December 02, 2011at Hinkle Hospice House.
Paul was born September 22, 1918 to the late Charles Oscar and Emma Leonard. He worked for Gray Concrete Company for 34 years as a Yard Foreman. He was a faithful member and Deacon of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and helped build a fellowship building. Paul sang in the choir and also gave the church a new piano and donations to the music department. For the last seven years he was a member of the Thomasville Church of God with Reverend Pastor Alan Green who will be performing his service. Most of all he loved Jesus.
He is preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters; step daughter, Mary Alice Jordan.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife Anne; daughter, Shelia Kay Barber; several step grandchildren and great grand children; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 4, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Thomasville Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 5 at Thomasville Funeral Home Chapel followed with Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
