Paul Ray Davis Sr., age 80, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024. He was born April 24, 1943, a son of the late Charles Ray Davis and Frances Nichols Davis.

Paul loved his church. He enjoyed camping and travelling.

Paul is survived by his wife, Toni R. Davis; sons, James Michael Davis, Derrick Matthew Davis (Brittany); daughters, Saralynn Huggins, Ginger Davis Stroud, Angel Lynn Byerly; grandchildren, Ariel, Mallorie, DJ; sisters, Arvella Deaton, Evelyn Hinsley; and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Precious, Pepper, Ladybug, and Bella.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Paul Ray Davis, Jr.; and sister, Sharon Worley.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Northwood Baptist Church, 1309 Northwood Church Rd., Yadkinville, NC, by Tim Webb and Allen Barker. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
