George Carson Saunders, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in Texas, after battling bad health for several years. He was born February 15, 1955, in Davidson Co., NC, a son of the late Willie and Lois Saunders.
He enjoyed playing the guitar and was a handyman.
George is survived by his loving sister, Betty Albright; loving brother, Newton Saunders; daughter, Teresa; son, Michael; and several grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy; and son, Mitchell.
A graveside service for George will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Fairgrove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 305 Willowbrook Drive, Thomasville, NC.
