Eva Lou Higgins Clodfelter

Eva married Scott Clodfelter on September 22, 1971. Eva loved her family. She spent her years working hard, taking care of others, and loving people. She enjoyed working in the yard and growing beautiful plants as well as rose bushes. Eva enjoyed day trips to the mountains, going to the beach, and staying busy. Her favorite place to be was on her front porch, in her swing with a cup of coffee surrounded by family.

Eva is survived by her son Bryan Clodfelter and wife Kim; sister, Peggy Gammons and husband Rick; sister-in-law, Betty Higgins; her Grandchildren, whom she loved so very much, Dalton, Alanis, Emily, Sara, and Drew. Aunt Sissy loved her nieces and nephews Matthew, Ricky, Tina, Lisa, and Angela. Eva was preceded in death by two brothers, Buck Higgins and Kenneth Higgins; nephew, Michael; and sister-in-law, Linda Higgins.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 3-5pm at West Asheboro Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 831 Uwharrie Street, Asheboro, NC 27203.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont at 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
