Christine was born January 7, 1971 in Forsyth County to Charlie Samuel and Shirley Ann (Mooney) Howard.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Vilas Lark and 2 beautiful daughters, Haleigh and Kaitlyn Lark, all of Lewisville.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Thomasville Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow the visitation in the Funeral Home Chapel.
