Mr. Bobby Ray Williams, 63, passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Hospice Home at High Point.
A resident of this area all of his life, Bobby was born on August 15, 1950 in Davidson County to the late Austin and Nellie Daniels Williams. He had worked as a saw operator in the furniture industry for many years. Bobby was an avid Nascar fan and especially a Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends until his health began to decline. Bobby was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Betty Williams.
Surviving is his daughter, Misty Cartrette and her husband, Michael of High Point and his brother, Wayne Williams and his wife Nancy of Kernersville.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. G. Mark Klass officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Tuesday at the Thomasville Funeral Home, 18 Randolph Street.
