Succumbed to his struggle with drug addiction on Saturday August 23, 2014 at the age of 50. He is survived by his parents; Thomas and Marilyn (nee Delpire) Cullinan of Thiensville, WI, siblings; Jennifer (Mark) Bullard of Muskego, WI, William (Rebecca) Cullinan of Irving, TX, Kathleen (Mark) Jodarski of Greendale, WI and Sharon (Greg) Kohler of Random Lake, WI, nieces and nephews; Lauren and Brian Bullard, Colleen and Peter Jodarski, and Alexis, Bryce and Gavin Kohler, along with other relatives and friends. Pastor Timothy O’Brien of the Mequon United Methodist Church officiated at the private funeral service. Burial was at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg, WI.
