Robert Frederick Sisk, 35, of The Woodlands passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2015. Robert was a compassionate and loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend, who was loved beyond measure.
A jack of all trades, Robert was a talented woodworker, auto mechanic, prankster and comedian. Family members fondly recall that as a child he would hide and patiently wait to pop out of a cabinet or closet to scare the unsuspecting.
Though his time here was shorter than his family and friends would have liked, they are grateful for the time they shared with him and his memory will live on through them. Robert will be remembered for his loyal dedication and unwavering love for his family and friends, his contagious laugh, his fabulous storytelling and his kind heart.
Robert is survived by mother Priscilla Higby, father Russell Sisk, grandmother Velma Higby, brother Ryan Light, sister Michelle Thiele and her husband Damon Ryan, nephew John Ryan, cousin Christopher Higby and his wife Toni Emigh-Higby, 2nd cousins, Justin, Sarah and Christina. Robert is preceded in death by his grandfather Charles Higby and uncle Glyn Higby.
Services for Robert will be held on Saturday January 17, 2015 at Forest Park The Woodlands Whispering Pines Mausoleum at 1:00 PM, with a visitation starting one hour prior to services.
