Michael Simpson

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lynn Simpson, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Mike's children, Amy (Chad) Lavergne and Adam (Jennifer) Simpson were the pride of his life. He adored his grandchildren, Brendan and Dylan Lavergne, Kalli and Ainsley Simpson, and cherished the time spent with them.

During his professional career, Mike served the city of Decatur with dedication and commitment for 35 years. His contributions left a lasting impact on the community he served, and his work ethic was admired by all that knew him.

In accordance with his wishes, no formal services will be held. Instead, we invite you to remember Mike in your own way, cherishing the memories you shared with him.
