Mark Leon Ragusa

Mark was born in Galveston, Texas on October 4, 1962. He attended Stratford High School in Houston and continued on to Stephen F. Austin State University receiving his BBA in Finance. With a desire to advance in his business, he later acquired his Certified Financial Planning Certification.

An entrepreneur at heart, Mark partnered a successful continuing education business, Noble Financial, for ten years. In the year 2000, Mark returned to his love of financial planning and grew his new business, Money Map Advisors, LLP until his diagnosis of ALS in 2010.

Growing up Mark had a passion for playing the drums and secured the honor of Texas State Championship for percussion in high school. He enjoyed golf, traveling to the tropics, listening to jazz music, reading, and spending time with his daughters.

Mark is survived by his wife, Angela and two daughters, Toni Gates and her husband JohnMark, and Morgan Ragusa; parents Fred and Leigh Ragusa, sister Donna Pallazo-Giorgio and husband Riccardo; brothers Gary Ragusa and wife Tami, and Greg Ragusa; nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 North, The Woodlands, Texas 77384 on Monday, December 8 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Services will be held at The Ark Family Church, 450 Humble Tank Road, Conroe, Texas 77304 on Tuesday, December 9, at 10:30 am. Burial immediately following at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
