She was born in Wichita, Kansas on March 12, 1943. Peggy graduated from Jesse H. Jones and received her High School Diploma.
Peggy retired from South Coast Products and had a passion for Auto Racing and Football.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and C.C. Ferris; and brother, Leroy Ferris.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Smith; son, Tracy Trotter and wife Ginger; grandchildren, Beau Smith, Dylan Trotter, Gracie Trotter, Colby Trotter, Ashley Richardson, Star Richardson, Race Richardson, and Gracie Wuelling; brothers, Charlie Ferris, and Ralph Ferris.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home and Cemetery. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, September 20, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands with interment to follow. Immediately following graveside, friends are invited for a reception in Forest Park’s event room.
