Joseph “Eric” Ferguson, 31, was a miracle baby born on June 10, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, and he came into this world kicking and screaming. He was born on the way to the hospital in the car because he couldn’t wait to get here to start living.
Eric attended Lassiter High School in Marietta, Georgia, and Montgomery College in the Woodlands, Texas.
Eric lived life to the fullest. He was passionate about music and loved to cook. He wrote music, played the drums, piano and taught himself to play the guitar.
Eric was loved by his brothers, Robert, Nicholas, and Vincent; and sister, Heather. He was loved and adored by his mother, “Heidi” Judy H. Flores, and her husband, Gilbert; and his father, Michael Ferguson, and his wife, Debra.
Eric’s legacy will continue through his heir, Sean Joseph Ferguson, and Christina Greene.
Eric was ripped from this earth tragically and as quickly as he came into this world, he was murdered on Saturday, January 3, 2015.
He will never be forgotten and will always be remembered for the joy and energy he surrounded himself with and others.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 8, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel at Forest Park The Woodlands, 18000 North Frontage Road, The Woodlands, Texas, 77384. The funeral service will take place in the chapel on Friday, January 9, at 2:00 p.m.
