Joseph Arthur Blake Passed on May 9, 2011 in Humble, TX. Mr. Blake was born on January 25, 1926 in Hattiesburg, MS. He was proud of his service to his country in WWII, serving in the United States Navy in the Pacific.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years (to the day), Audra, sons Dale (Karen) and Larry J. (Nancy), grandsons James, Adam and Michael Blake. He is also survived by sisters Joyce Avera and Francis Hollingsworth (Holly), brothers James (Ida), Charles (Joan), Rex D. (Terri) and Jerry (Claire), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home and Cemetery 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands TX 77384. Funeral will be Friday, May 13, 2011 in the Chapel of the funeral home with interment to follow at Forest Park the Woodlands.
