Jackson Charles Brame, age 15, was privileged to meet his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as he sadly passed away on May 17, 2024. Jackson was born on March 30, 2009 in The Woodlands, Texas to his parents, Jessica and Brandon Brame.
Jackson was a freshman at The Woodlands High School where he played golf and loved everything about the game, including his teammates and Coach. His favorite subject was History and he loved the military.
Jackson started playing golf when he was 3 years old and had a beautiful swing. He played with integrity and good sportsmanship, like a gentleman should.
While Jackson always called Texas home, in 2018, we moved to Colorado and he loved it. Jackson learned how to ski and excelled in no time. He loved the snow, sledding, hiking and the wildlife that makes Colorado a special place.
Some of his favorite times were spent with his uncles, Dad and PawPaw fishing and hunting. He also loved Grandma Barbara’s ranch where he spent countless hours riding 4-wheelers, horses, shooting guns and fishing.
Jackson accepted Christ when he was 9 years old, securing his passport to Heaven. He loved God and his beautiful creation, especially sunsets and sunrises. He saw the beauty in life and in people. He was quick witted, funny, loved others, forgave easily and was a gift to this world. The overwhelming sadness we feel by his absence will probably never subside, but we are comforted by the fact that Jackson is in Heaven and we'll see his sweet face again one day.
Jackson is survived by his parents Jessica and Brandon Brame, his younger sister Madeline Brame, his maternal grandma Deena Nicholson (GranDeenie), his maternal great grandmother Barbara Nicholson, his paternal grandparents Carol and Chet Brame (Grammie and PawPaw); and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will dearly miss him.
Jackson was preceded in death by his beloved grandpa; Todd Nicholson (Papa Toddy) who we believe was waiting for him at the Gates of Heaven and swooped him up in his arms with a giant bear hug. We are certain they are playing golf together on the most beautiful course we can imagine. Until then, we'll see you in our dreams and carry you with us in our hearts.
Hey Jack....We love you.
