He was born in Marshall, Texas on October 16, 1930. He graduated from Galena Park High School in 1950.
He was married to Imogene Singleton (Jeanne) on July 5, 1958.
Jack worked in the steel industry for Armco Steel for thirty years.
He had a passion for children and old western television shows and movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Henry Fisher and Florrie Weaver Fisher, his sister Martha Ann Fisher and his brothers Walter Robert Fisher and James Henry Fisher Jr. and his wife Jeanne Fisher.
He is survived by his daughter Kathy Denise Harvey and his son Jack Norris Fisher Jr., his 6 grandchildren David Edward Harvey, Misty Michelle Davis, Michael Allen Harvey and Tami Rene Combs, Cameron Austin Fisher, Rachel Elise Fisher, his 8 great grandchildren and his brother Harold Ray Fisher.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm, August 23, 2018 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home,18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
A celebration of Jack’s life including food and drinks will take place at 3:30pm at Guadalajara Hacienda, 27885 Interstate 45, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
