Ethan Thomas Palmer, age 23, of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away on January 20th, 2021. He was born in Houston, on September 30th, 1997, and grew up in The Woodlands and Conroe area where he created great memories for himself and gave those that knew him some of their best as well.
Ethan is survived by his huge, loving family- father, Harry Palmer, mother and husband, Leah and Andy Bolton, sisters Sage Sanders and Payton Bolton, Great-Grandparents-Bea George, Ann Valmain, and Walter Seymour, Grandparents-Gary and Carol Valmain, Toni Rutherford, and Trish and Kent Bowman, Rebecca Rushing, Aunts and Uncles-Richard and Sheila Palmer, Greg and Victoria Valmain, Zack and Amanda Bolton, and Ashley and Justin Hulse, numerous great grand-uncles and aunts, multiple cousins, and abundantly countless friends.
Ethan graduated from The Woodlands High school in 2016, and from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology. While attending SFA, Ethan fell in love with the piney woods, and decided to make this neck of the woods his home and recently fulfilled his goal of becoming an Agriculture teacher. Ethan was an old soul with a love of vintage vehicles, classic tunes of all genres of music, good Texas music and collecting guns, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was always surrounded by loved ones.
Ethan was many things to many people: a son, a grandson, a brother, a cousin, a friend, pithand, musician, a “ninja” and the one person you could always count on. Most of all he will forever be our Big E.
A celebration of Ethan’s life will be Friday, January 29th at 10:00am at The Woodlands Church (Chapel in the Woods) located at 1 Fellowship Drive, The Woodlands, with a private graveside service to follow.
