She was born in Newcastle, Pennsylvania, on July 18, 1938. Eileen graduated from New Brighton High School.
She was married to Ron E. Meier on May 31, 1958.
Eileen had a career in administration for Geneva College, Texas State University, and University of Houston.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Meier; children, Ron, Lori, Randy, Robert, Rick; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Jim Deane.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017, at St. Anthony of Padua, 7801 Bay Branch Drive in The Woodlands. Friends are invited to gather with the family during a reception to be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Windsor Hills Clubhouse, 1 East Windsor Hills Circle in The Woodlands.
