Edith Genieve Talley, 86, of The Woodlands, went to be with the Lord on June 2, 2015. She was born on December 14, 1928 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to Martin and Myrtis Adams.

Edith was married to the love of her life, Enoch Talley, for 61 years. From this union she was blessed with a large family, whom she loved dearly. She also had a fulfilling career as a nurse; completely dedicated to her patients in Baton Rouge, Louisiana she established a breast care facility, having raised her children.

Visitation for Edith will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Forest Park The Woodlands, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas, with a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am.
