He graduated from University of Missouri. Soon after, he began his career with Sinclair Oil then on to Atlantic Richfield Oil Company and retired as a National Accounts Manager for Equistar in Houston, Texas.
He marries his love Rilene Jo Sexton October 18, 1967. They raised three children together. The Cobb Family moved all over the country during the course of his career. Many life long friends were made along the way.
Jesus Christ is his Lord and Savior. He was a member of Grace Church, The Woodlands.
He is preceded in death by his brother Robert Cobb, his sister Joann Smith and his parents.
A service will be held for Douglas, Saturday November 25, 2023 at 2:00PM at 9203 Rolling Oaks, Tomball, Texas 77375
He is survived by His wife, Rilene; his children; Julie Perugini, Annie Cobb and Douglas Tyler Cobb and his grand children; Curran and Kai Cobb, Ella Jo Hemza and Riley, Annie, Matthew and Ava Perugini.
