He passed away with his loving family at his side.
Parker was a double kidney transplant recipient and never let his illness stop his goals or dreams.
After graduating Oak Ridge High School in 2002, he went on to attend Lone Star College and participated in “ride- alongs” with the Oak Ridge Police Department. These were coordinated by Jim Ford, Oak Ridge Police Officer, and sent Parker on his career path of Law Enforcement.
Parkers first assignment was Harris County Precinct # 4 Constable where he patrolled for 5 years.
After much thought, he tested himself by joining the Houston Police Academy’s Cadet class #213 in 2012. He started as a patrol officer and later joined the Homicide Division in Downtown Houston.
He also worked security at Woodlands Church which grew his Christian faith.
Parker is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Linda and Kyle Tudor, Robert Parks, Aunt Stacy Parks.
Parker is survived by his wife, Brianna, he called her his rock, three wonderful children, Riley, Parker, Kinsley. Mother and father, Rich & Layne Morrison, Sister Kailey and Brother-Law Texas City Lieutenant Brad Macik, Mother and Father In-Law Donna & Troy Cavender, Sister In-law, Whitney & Darryl Brooks. Nieces Regan Macik and Oaklyn Brooks, Nephew Rhyder Brooks.
He was also blessed with many loving aunts and cousins.

Chief Troy Finner and the Houston Police Department for the unwavering support of Parker and his family during this difficult time.
All that knew him loved him. He lived life to the fullest and fought many health battles along the way.
He left his mark on his family, friends and co-workers, His light will shine forever.
