Christopher was born on May 17, 1969 to the late Betty Jean Barton.
Chris spent his childhood life in Memphis, Tennessee and his teenage and part of his adult life in Houston, Texas with his mother Betty Jean Barton-Rucker (who preceded him in death) and younger brother Charles "Tony" Rucker, III (who also preceded him in death). Chris relocated to Spring, Texas where he lived until his passing.

A committal service for Christopher will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Park - The Woodlands Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
