Cheryll D. Pagington, age 77, of The Woodlands, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. She was born on August 17, 1944 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, daughter to Roland and Dorothy Bilodeau. Cheryll married David A. Pagington in May of 1967. Cheryll and David were married for 52 years and had two children, Mikel and Scott.
She was a woman of many talents and devotion. She was an enthusiastic seamstress and would make her and her daughter beautiful dresses and clothes. She loved to buy new fabric at the store and patterns to make the prettiest things. Though she never thought of herself as creative she was an artist. She painted freehand and would make beautiful oil paintings as well as large scale backdrops for her daughter's ballet recitals. She was a singer. She had the most beautiful voice and unique vibrato.
She loved God. And loved to share his love with people all over the world. She was a member of Generations Church and had a passion for spreading the love of God to all. As an ordained minister, she traveled all over the globe spreading the love of God. Even people that she ministered to over 20 years ago still talk about the impact that she made as they have opened their own churches in places like Kenya, Africa. Cheryll had a long career as a nurse and with her lifelong dedication to helping people, she helped to open a ward opened at Ben Taub Hospital in the seventies.
She is survived by her children; Mikel Adams and Scott Pagington, her grandchildren; Spencer Floyd and Grant and Kendall Pagington, and her sister Michelle Downey and family.
She was a teacher’s teacher.
