Cary was born February 18,1973 at Ft. Belvoir, VA. During his childhood, he was fortunate to have lived in Belgium, West Point, NY, Ft. Leavenworth, KS, San Francisco, CA and Miami, FL where his love and passion for his Miami Dolphins began. After moving to Calgary, Alberta, Canada he graduated from high school. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1998 with a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management. In his professional career, Cary managed some of the most prestigious restaurants in Houston and at the age of 30 received his Sommelier and wine became his passion. He worked for a wine distributor for 16 years which allowed him to travel to various wine regions throughout the world and become an expert in his field. His greatest accomplishment in life however was as a father to Trieste and Knox. They were the light of his life.
He is survived by his mother Linda and bonus dad MacDonald Smith, father Geoffrey P. Brown LTC, USA(Ret) and wife Patti, his two children Trieste Riley and Knox Albert Brown, beloved Nonna Esther Rosner, Uncle Elliot J. Rosner COL USA(Ret), Uncle Stephen Brown M.D., cousins Regina, Kevin MAJ ARNG, Olivia and Michael Harris, numerous relatives in Trieste, Italy and throughout the US and many wonderful friends. He was predeceased by his Papa Albert A. Rosner, COL USA(Ret) who was his mentor and personal hero and his paternal grandparents Elinor and George H. Brown. Cary would want them all to know that they gave his life purpose.

Services for Mr. Cary Scott Brown will be Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home located at 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Grand Hall with interment at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery. Following the services, the family would like to express their thanks to you by having you join them for a reception in the R. L. Wood Event Room.
