leading to two successful heart transplants, circulatory disease, kidney disease and diabetes.
He was one of the strongest, wisest, bravest and most selfless person to ever walk the earth.
He’s now free of all pain and can happily walk, run and do handstands again!
Bobby worked for many, many years as a carpenter in commercial construction. During that
time one of his projects was building the entire medical center in Houston! At least, that’s what
his daughters, Jennifer and Christina, will continue to tell every person they meet! He reluctantly
retired in 1995 just before his first heart transplant and spent the rest of his years devoted to
making every one of his friends and family happy. From delivering meals to those in need, and
sometimes “just because”, fishing with his son-in-law, Mike, spending time hunting, fishing, and
just hanging out with his father-in-law, Chuck to endlessly playing with his grandchildren. Some
of his favorite past times were prank on friends, fishing, cooking, woodworking, bowling, poker
with friends and any moment with his wife, daughters and grandchildren. He dropped anything he was doing
to help any family member, friend or even stranger no questions asked. Bobby put everyone
above himself no matter the situation. He blessed every person he came into contact with and
will be dearly missed by all. Bobby is survived by his wife, Char of 32 years, his daughters Jennifer and husband Mike,
Christina and husband Ryan, son Lee and wife Marie, and grandchildren Cathryn, Michael,
Allyson, Connor, Anthony, Charlie and Hunter; step-father, Herron; sisters, Carol, Brenda,
Bonnie, Jeannie, Donna, Debbie and Mary; brother, Roy along with numerous nieces, nephews
and extended family.
