Nené was born in El Salvador on February 17, 1956. She was born with cerebral palsy and lived in the Richmond State School for over 40 years . She enjoyed doing hand crafts, getting her hair and fingernails done, and going shopping - especially shoe shopping, she loved shoes!!- with her housemates.
Nené is survived by her sisters Ana Marina Aquino of The Woodlands, Texas; Patricia Del Carmen Aquino of The Woodlands, Texas; Maria Luisa Aquino-Albor and husband Urbano Albor of The Woodlands, Texas; and Anabella Majano and husband R. Edmundo Majano and their children Camilla and Stefano Majano of The Woodlands, Texas. She is also survived by her brother Honorio Guillermo Aquino and wife Suzan Aquino of Rowlett, Texas and his son Fernando Aquino and wife Sabina Aquino and their children Lukas and Emili of Castle Rock, Colorado,
