William Edward "Smitty" Smith 61 of Wake Village, TX passed away at a local hospice. He was born on February 26, 1958 in Honshu, Japan. Mr. Smith was retired from FCI,served in the U.S. Navy and was member of Church On The Rock.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa Smith of Wake Village, TX; parents, James and Sachiko Smith of Texarkana, AR; brother, Robert Smith of DeKalb, TX; sister Carol DeVaney of Texarkana, AR and a number of nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be 1pm Friday, May 3, 2019 at Church On The Rock with Pastor Zach Yeldell officiating.
Cremation is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Texarkana Animal League.
