Survivors include his mom and stepfather, Melony and Johney Welker; half-brother, Johney Welker, Jr.; and many friends that loved him dearly.
Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
A memorial service will be held in the near future at Life House Church, Texarkana, Arkansas.
