Waymon Deane " Buddy " Clemons, age 84, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
Mr. Clemons was born January 15th, 1939 in Thornton, Arkansas. He was retired from GTE telephone company and a Marine Corp veteran. He was a man of great faith. He was preceded in death by his sister Patsy Reese.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law; Donna and David Smith and two grandchildren and their spouses; Hailee and Chad Runion and Raven and Alex Ayers and two beautiful great grandchildren; Macie Runion and Sylas Ayers.
Also left to cherish his memory are his two brothers; Wesley Clemons and Buck Clemons and sister Helen Plyler and many nieces and nephews.
