She was preceded in death by a grandson, Rusty Michael Fisher, Jr.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Rusty Michael and Melanie Fisher, James Joseph Fisher, Richard Matthew Fisher and Mark Matthew Fisher; daughters and sons-in-law, Candy Dawn and Jeff Tucker, Carrie and Barry Young and Emma Louise and Trey Fryer; sister, Donna Davis; brothers, Jimmy Harkins and Billy Harkins; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren;

Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2022 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Pastor Mike Brakebill officiating under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Closed casket service per Vicki's wishes.
