Shelia Elaine Fowler, age 65, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Mrs. Fowler was born September 10, 1957 in Texarkana, Texas . She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Fowler and her two sons Shannon and Benji Fowler.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law; John and Hollyn Fowler and her three precious granddaughters, Gracie, Kelsie and Raynie Fowler.
The family has asked for privacy during this time and will have a private service in the near future.
