Roy Edward Phipps, 71, of Fouke, AR passed away February 13, 2014 at his home. Mr. Phipps was born August 11, 1942 in San Antonio, TX. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Phipps, of Fouke, AR; sons, Michael Phipps and David Phipps both of Fouke, AR; daughter and son-in-law, April and Eddie Thomas of Genoa, AR; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
