Rodney L. Phillips, 53, of Atlanta, TX passed away August 5, 2013 at a local hospital. He was born January 13, 1960 in Coalinga, CA.
Survivors include his father, Grady L. Phillips and Jean Phillips of Fouke, AR; his mother, Helen Carpenter of Coalinga, CA; one sister, Andria Brown of Fresno, CA; one brother, Steven Phillips of Anchorage, AK; two step sisters, Barbara Herrington and Melissa Hughes of Knoxville, TN; one step brother, Travis McRae of Fouke, AR; and one very special friend, Cecelia Easterly.
Services will be 4 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 at East Memorial Chapel – Downtown with Rev. Larry Sims officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Grove Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
