She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Hood.

Survivors include her husband, Harold Weems, Sr. of Texarkana, AR; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Harold Weems, Jr. and his wife, Laura Weems of Texarkana, TX; brother, Bill Windham of Texarkana, TX and Roland Windham of Texarkana, TX; 7 grandchildren, Bo Moore, Whitney Rogers, Ethan Hood, Maegan Weems, Rachel Weems, Jacob Weems and Emma Weems; and 5 great grandchildren, Gracie Moore, Avalyn Moore, Lilli Moore, Lexie Moore and Grayson Moore.

Services will be 3 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. Jessie Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the funeral home.
