Mary Lou Blalock, 79 of Wake Village, TX passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at her home. She was born December 10, 1938 in Texarkana, TX. Retired after 45 years from American General Insurance Co. Past member of Hardy Memorial Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents J. E. and Elizabeth "Tootsie" Griffin.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Cliff and Kim Blalock of Redwater, TX; one daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Sean Nolen of Wake Village, TX; one sister Locksley May of Wake Village, TX; one granddaughter Ashley Chookas of Caddo Mills, TX; one great granddaughter and great grandson Bella and Dax Chookas of Caddo MIlls, TX; one niece and nephew April Gray of Luxora, AR. and John May of Texarkana, AR.
Graveside funeral service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Cal Brannan officiating.
Family will receive friends Wednesday 9 to 10:30 A.M. at East Funeral Home-Downtown prior to graveside at 11 A.M. at Hillcrest.
