Marshall Lloyd McDowell, 84, of Texarkana, AR passed away March 6, 2013 at his home. Mr. McDowell was born May 5, 1928 in Texarkana, AR. He was retired from the Texarkana, Arkansas School District as a school bus driver.
Survivors include his sisters and brother-in-law, Marjorie Buckley of Texarkana, AR, Janet Moore of El Dorado, AR and Betty and Don Bounds of Texarkana, TX; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Parnell and Pat McDowell of Texarkana, AR, Terrell and Doris McDowell of Texarkana, TX and Winfred and Virginia McDowell of Norman,Arkansas ; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013 at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Friday at the East Funeral Home-Downtown.
