Mr. Sims was born December 11, 1959 in Texarkana,Arkansas and was a mechanic.
Survivors include his two sons and their spouses; Kevin and Nicki Sims of Texarkana,Arkansas and Kyle Sims and TeeJay Hadley of Texarkana, Arkansas. Mr. Sims is also survived his mother Ruth Sims of Texarkana, Arkansas; Three Brothers, Cecil Sims of Garland, Arkansas, Randy Sims of Texarkana,Arkansas and Johnny Clements of Texarkana,Arkansas and his two sisters, Debbie Hammon of Texarkana,Arkansas and Brenda Westbrook of Texarkana,Arkansas and his five grandchildren.
A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at East Funeral Home-Downtown. Family will be at the home of Kevin Sims at 921 Grape St., Texarkana, AR.
