Kay "Ms. Kay" White Griswold

Kay “Ms. Kay” White Griswold was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 23, 2023 at age 76. She was born to Bill and Lillie White on September 17, 1946. Ms. Kay dedicated 17 plus years to the children and families at Atlanta Primary School. Kay loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed doing anything for her church and going to yoga. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Griswold, sisters Wanda and Susie, daughter in law Shelly Lee and grandson Cody Bowman. She is survived by her children Bobby Lee, Lisa Herrera and her husband Pete, Barbie Rohde and her husband Robert, grandchildren Tyler Torres, Zachary Torres and wife Casey, Beck Lee, Mason Herrera and Kamryn Roy, Drake Herrera, and Hannah Bowman, great grandchildren Baylee Torres, Payton Torres and Zane Torres, sisters Janet Tipping, Shirley Sires and Nancy White and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews who she loved deeply.

A memorial service will be held at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta, TX on Saturday, January 28th at 3:00. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mission22.com.
