Juanita Williams Lummus

Juanita Williams Lummus, 96, of Texarkana, TX passed away January 7, 2018 in a local senior living facility. Mrs. Lummus was born August 11, 1921 in Oakdale, LA. She was a longtime member of County Avenue Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Emmett Williams and Travis Lummus.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Karmen Williams of Little Rock, AR, David and Donna Williams of Texarkana, AR and Gary and Susan Williams of Maumelle, AR; granddaughters, Jan Parks of Bryant, AR, Emily Williams of Maumelle, AR and Deidre Wilson of Iola, KS; grandson, Jay Williams of Sherwood, AR; and six great grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, January 13, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Dr. Roger Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home prior to the service.
