Joe M. Latham

Joe M. Latham, 94, of Texarkana, TX passed away November 29, 2015 in a local nursing home. Mr. Latham was born November 12, 1921 in Rosston. AR. He was a member of Buchanan First Baptist Church and a U. S. Army Veteran of WWII.

He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Latham; and by his wife, Ouida Latham.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Jim Kirkland of Wake Village, TX; sons and daughters-in-law, Monty and Patricia Latham and Jodie and Donna Latham all of Texarkana, TX; daughter-in-law, Dianne Latham of Texarkana, TX; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Bro. Don Brazile officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the funeral home.
