Isaac Mitchell Pickard

Isaac Mitchell Pickard, 69, of Texarkana, AR passed away September 13, 2012 at his home. Mr. Pickard was born April 6, 1943 in Texarkana, AR. He was a U. S. Marine Corp veteran of Vietnam; Life Member of V.F.W. 4562; and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by a son, Johnathon Pickard and a daughter, Sherry.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria Pickard of Texarkana, AR; step mother, Mary Ruth Pickard of Ashdown, AR; sons, Hunter Pickard of Texarkana and David Pickard of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Michelle Pickard of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters, Patsy Pickard, Carolyn Pickard, Mary Flores, Jessie Brown and Connie Rose all of Texarkana; brothers, Glen Pickard of Maud, TX and Billy Pickard of Texarkana; 2 grandchildren; plus a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, September 15, 2012 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Revs. Wallace Edgar and Sam Martinez officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 14, 2012 at the funeral home. Family will be at 2904 Hickory Street, Texarkana, AR. 71854
